A former Wall Street corporate attorney with over 20 years’ experience, Monique has led the closing of billions of dollars in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing, software licensing and strategic partnerships. In addition to her transactional practice, Monique also served as general counsel for various global business segments of Honeywell International, providing legal leadership on a host of strategic business matters.
As an experienced and innovative executive coach, facilitator and speaker, Monique’s dynamic, high-impact leadership development approach has transformed executives at Facebook, NBC Universal, Microsoft, Delta Airlines, Morgan Stanley, Colgate-Palmolive, Ernst & Young, American Express and numerous other companies.
